Fellows Dinner at iRicchi Washington, D.C.

Chairman Gabr convened Gabr Fellows for a candid discussion on artificial intelligence, democratic governance, women’s economic leadership, and the Foundation’s strategic direction. The group aligned on a Fellowship Reunion in early October 2026, endorsed a quarterly Speaker Series, and discussed Singapore as a potential new East–West Dialogue hub.

Expecting the Unexpected 2026 & Beyond

Chairman Gabr welcomed royal families, former presidents, Members of the U.S. Congress, Ministers, Ambassadors, and senior government officials from 33 countries. Discussions centred on geopolitical realignment, economic rebalancing, accelerating technological capability, and intensified pressure on governance systems. Participants converged on the expectation that resilience will increasingly depend on diversification, institutional agility, and adaptive strategic thinking.

When asked how many believed 2026 would be better than 2025, only a small minority raised their hands.
